29 December 2011 at the metting "Quality day", which took place at office of CEO, summary of company work in 2011 was made.

Messages were made by:

1. Chief superviser about quality performances for period october - december 2011.

2. Deputy CEO for quality about preliminary results of the quality managment system (QMS) analysis in 2011:

   2.1 QMS operated in corpore in accordance with the JSC "Rawenstvo" regulations. QMS processes meet the criteria and quantitative indicators of performance criteria.

   2.2 Association "Petrosert" held planned inspection of the QMS for compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2008 and GOST RV 15.002-2003. Association confirmed the certificate of conformity:

   - № SK.0141 of 14/04/2010 with regard to product development (ETUC codes: 1260, 1290, 1355, 5840), to manufacture and repair products (ETUC codes: 1230, 1260, 1265, 1285, 1290, 1355, 5840, 7015) meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008, GOST RV 15,002 and SRPP VT.
   - № SK.0142 of 14/04/2010 with regard to design, manufacture and repair products (OKP code 68 0000 68 1140 94 4450 96, 9135) meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008.

3. Technical director:

   -The commercial products plan was fully completed within the deadline stipulated by agreements/contracts.

4. CEO about preliminary financial results of company in 2011:

   - Proceeds – 1 311 244 600 rubles.
   - Profit on sales – 99 882 000 rubles.
   - Net gain – 49 077 000 rubles.

5. Financial director about main predictable indicators of economic activity of the company in 2012:

   - Proceeds – 1 900 567 000 rubles.
   - Profit on sales – 105 664 000 rubles.
   - Net gain – 63 357 000 rubles.
